I had the super awesome pleasure of shooting an anniversary session for Michael and Andrea Crosswhite. Michael contacted me awhile back and asked if I would be interested in shooting a session for them, he wanted to give the session as a surprise gift to Andrea. Of course I said yes, but what some of you may not know is that Andrea is a great wedding photographer in Dallas as well. It can be a little intimidating shooting a portrait session for another photographer that you admire and I wanted to make sure I captured images they would love. The one request Andrea had for the session is that we would shoot in an open field during sunset. Well I have plenty of those around here in Forney, so I invited them to my neck of the woods, we started out in the town square and then moved on over to a field. These images turned out great and was honored to capture these for their anniversary. Thanks you two. Enjoy my favs!

I had the pleasure of traveling to Austin to capture the wedding of my cousin Elva. Mark and Elva had a beautiful wedding and it was a perfectly beautiful day with great weather. It was my first time stepping on the University of Texas Campus and it made my day to be able to shoot on campus. The reception was held at the AT&T Conference Center which is on the campus which made it super easy to get to the campus. We did the First Look in a courtyard on campus which ended up being beautiful with the light and architecture of the buildings all around. They got married at St.Ignatius Catholic Church which was just down the road. Here are some of my favorite images from the wedding day. Slideshow to follow so stay tuned!

Time to share my last senior rep for everyone. Meet Kaylee McDaniel, she attends Guyer High School in Denton, TX! We spent our time walking around the Square in Denton and I seriously can’t remember laughing so much during a session. Kaylee was so much fun to photograph and made our time together hilarious.
