Time to share another wedding. Edu and Krista were married on August 6, 2011 at Denton Bible Church in Denton, TX. Jessica and I were married at Denton Bible Church, which always makes coming back and shooting a wedding here special. I had the pleasure of seeing many familiar faces from college during the day and it was amazing to see how many people came to support these two in their marriage. The most memorable moment of this wedding day was seeing the HUGE smile Edu had on his face the entire day. He was so excited leading up to the ceremony and just when I thought his smile couldn’t get any bigger…Krista walks into the chapel and he sees her for the first time. The ceremony was in both english and spanish for the majority of the ceremony but even during times where it was only english, Edu just had his eyes plastered on Krista with his big smile. Thanks so much Edu and Krista for a wonderful wedding day, I wish you both the best during your time in Spain. Enjoy some of my favorite images, place your votes and stay tuned for the slideshow!

Meet Edu and Krista, we had their engagement session a few months back and they had just arrived shortly before from Spain where they currently reside. They are both doing mission work in Spain which is how they met, before Krista moved to Spain she did not know any Spanish but since she has lived there she can now speak it fluently. Which makes me a little jealous, ha. This was an interesting session for me because of a language barrier I had with Edu, he only knows Spanish right now and I only know….English. Krista had to be our translator through out the session but it ended up not being a huge challenge for me since I told them just to spend time loving on each other. It was clear to see that Edu did not have a problem understanding how to show love towards Krista, it was very sweet to see him interact with her. The biggest challenge for this shoot was trying not to die from heat exhaustion since this day was during our very long stint of over 100 degree weather! I am sure glad we have passed that season up! Here are my favorite images from the session. Enjoy and vote for your favorites!
