I have had the pleasure of second shooting some weddings with some pretty awesome photographers, I love being able to second shoot with others, just makes for some fun times. This particular wedding I shot with Mr.Luke Edmonson himself and we captured the uniting of Clay and Whitney Jones at the Piazza in the Village in Colleyville, TX. I got to hang out with the guys before the ceremony which was awesome, and I ended up knowing a couple guys, which was a small world. This was such a beautiful wedding, Piazza in the Village is a wonderful place to shoot a wedding! Both families seemed to have a love and passion for music, Whitney and her father sang and danced with each other during their first dance, while Clay and his mother played a song together (Clay was on the guitar while his mother sang). It was such a fun wedding and so happy I was able to capture it with Luke. Here are some of my favorite images from the day and I’ll be sure to share a slideshow as well! Enjoy.

I got to travel to Waco, TX a couple of weeks ago to capture the wedding of Nathan and Katie Schwarz. They had their wedding at The First Baptist Church of Lorena and held their reception at a cool place named the Phoenix. This day was such an honor to capture because of how special it was to Katie, she planned this wedding along with her mom, and a few months before the wedding her mother passed away due to cancer. In remembrance and honor to her mother she wore a pink bracelet, her bridesmaids wore a breast cancer pin, there was an additional candle in her honor at their unity candle, and a yellow rose was placed right next to her father during the ceremony. Katie’s father Terry also wanted to make the day special and have a surprise, so he planned for Nathan and Katie to leave the ceremony in an Ice Cream truck! They both hoped in and started passing out ice cream to the guests to cool them down on the hot day. It was such a unique way to exit and it was fun to take a few shots of them passing out ice cream and then getting some alone time with them and the ice cream truck. Thank you so much for allowing me to capture your wedding day! Here are some of my favorite images from the day. Slideshow to follow. Enjoy!

Time to share some great pictures from the wedding of Adam and Amanda Clark, they were married on May 1, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church in Rockwall, TX. They shared a great wedding day together filled with some of the nicest family members I have had the chance to capture. After the ceremony we made our way over to downtown Dallas for the reception at the Hickory Street Annex, which is such a wonderful place to have a reception! Everything went by great during the wedding day and it was such a pleasure to spend the day with such a nice couple. Thank you Adam and Amanda for allowing me into your wedding day capture all your sweet moments. Enjoy some of my favorites from the day. Slideshow to follow soon!
